  • “LibyanoEx Services”: Services facilitating the purchase, consolidation, and international shipment of goods to a designated address.
  • “Client”: Any individual, business, or entity using LibyanoEx Services.
  • “Designated Address”: The delivery address provided by the Client for shipment.

3. Scope of Services

3.1 Service Description

Libyano acts as an intermediary to help customers purchase online from sellers in America and arrange for their purchases to be shipped to the specified address. Additional services may include:

  • Customs clearance assistance.
  • Insurance options (subject to separate terms).

3.2 Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information for purchases and shipments.
  • Verifying the authenticity, compatibility, and legality of products in the destination country.
  • Ensure compliance with all import/export laws and restrictions.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Fees

You agree to pay all applicable fees, including but not limited to:

  • Product purchase costs.
  • Shipping and handling fees.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import levies.
  • Insurance premiums (if applicable).

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
  • Libyano reserves the right to modify fees or payment terms at any time, with notice provided via email or website updates.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Delivery Efforts

Libyano will make reasonable logistical efforts to deliver parcels within the estimated timeframes. However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by:

  • Public holidays.
  • Customs inspections.
  • Carrier disruptions.
  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest).

5.2 Receipt of Goods

  • Customers must inspect parcels upon receipt and notify us of any damage, shortages, or discrepancies at the point of delivery; otherwise, they will forfeit their right to claim compensation if insurance is active.

6. Liability & Insurance

6.1 Limitation of Liability

  • Libyano is not responsible for:
  • Product quality, functionality, or authenticity.
  • Loss/damage due to improper packaging by third-party sellers.
  • Acts or omissions by carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties.

6.2 Insurance

  • Customers can activate insurance to cover losses or damages during transport. Details, terms of service, coverage limits, and costs will be provided upon request.

7. Customs & Duties

  • Clients are solely responsible for:
  • Compliance with all customs regulations in the destination country.
  • Payment of customs duties, taxes, and related fees.
  • Libyano may assist with customs documentation but assumes no liability for customs-related delays, seizures, or penalties.

8. Privacy & Data Security

  • Personal and transactional data collected during service use will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

  • Libyano reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its sole discretion, including for:
  • Violation of these terms.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Non-payment of fees.

10. Amendments

  • Libyano may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Libya.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tripoli, Libya.
