How long does shipping take?
Shipments from the United States to Libya take between 2 to 5 business days.
Can I combine my shipments from multiple stores?
Yes, we offer shipment consolidation to reduce costs and ensure shipments arrive together.
Do you provide shipment insurance services?
We do not provide insurance services for shipments. However, you can insure the shipment invoice at the nearest insurance office to ensure that your shipment is protected from damage or loss during transportation.
How can I request a waybill for my shipment?
You can request a shipping waybill by contacting the support team.
Is weight given in grams?
No, weights are rounded to the nearest point. For example:
A weight of 0.200 kg becomes 0.5 kg.
A weight of 0.550 kg becomes 1 kg.
Do you provide photography service for my products?
Yes, you can ask for a photograph of your shipments.
Can I return the shipment to the seller?
Yes, additional fees may apply for services such as returning shipments to the seller.
Is there shipping from Libya to America?
No, but this service will be provided soon.
Can I ship from my home in America to Libya directly?
Yes, we have a private package for shipping from home directly to Libya, you can contact our support team for more details.
Do you offer a service that allows customers to purchase items from American websites?
No, the Buy Me service will soon be available for customers in Libya.
Can your warehouse accept orders from all US stores without any exceptions?
Yes, our address can accept all your orders from US stores that do not ship to PO Boxes.
Is your address exempt from taxes?
Our address is not tax-exempt.
The current sales tax rate is 6.35% and will remain in effect until December 2025.
Can I receive a tax refund through your company when my orders are shipped from your address?
Libyano E-Commerce Company will be providing tax exemption certificates for recovering taxes on purchases from online stores soon. Please contact the support team for more details.
